Dave is an experienced creative director with a proven history of creating groundbreaking work through the spectrum of modern media. Always looking for new ways to solve problems. A strategically driven thinker. Obsessed with the details. Wearer of many hats (both literally and metaphorically). And a genuinely nice guy.


He has worked with
 high-profile brands and guided award-winning creative on some of Australia’s most loved brands including Tourism Victoria, Toyota AFL, St George Bank, Nike, Nestle, Suncorp, Emirates, Canon Australia, and Hyundai. 


Throughout his career he has:

  • Produced a documentary on the power of walking for Tourism Victoria
  • Created a human chew toy for Nestle Maxibon Ice Cream
  • Sold blank paper at an art auction for Canon Australia
  • Launched NZ’s first bank in a supermarket for St. George Bank & Foodstuffs
  • Took on McDonald’s french fries with green beans for Oliver’s Real Food
  • Launched Australia’s first peer-to-peer camera sharing platform
  • Created Hyundai Australia’s first A.I. generated television commercial
  • Published a special edition newspaper called The Daily Issue for White Ribbon Australia
  • Been awarded locally and internationally including Cannes, D&AD, The One Show, Spikes, New York Festival, Adfest, IAB Awards, and AWARD to name a few.


His strategic mindset was formed earlier on in his career at the The George Agency in Melbourne, where he helped launch and redefine brands such as St.George Bank and New World Supermarkets. His contributions were instrumental in the agency receiving B&T’s Emerging Agency of the Year award in 2003.


In 2006 he joined Publicis Mojo, where he honed his digital expertise & creative nous with the industries best, spearheading innovative projects like personalised video content for Hertz, the award-winning Maxibon Man-Chew for Nestle, and feature-length documentary
The Art of Walking for Tourism Victoria, which aired on National Geographic in 16 countries.


Dave’s passion for ideas that can change the world, and desire to use his talents for good, saw him move to Sydney in 2010 where he soon co-founded The Change• Community, a socially conscious agency helping like minded brands & start ups realise their potential.


In 2015, he was lured back into big agency land where he joined Leo Burnett Sydney as the creative lead for Canon Australia, delivering award-winning creative over a 6 year span.


Most recently, Dave was Creative Director at Innocean Australia, where he guided creative award-winning work for Hyundai Australia and White Ribbon. His latest work for White Ribbon Australia winning the D&AD Yellow Pencil for Magazine & Newspaper Design.
